Homework for term four

Homework for term four will be a little bit different. We will be continuing spelling practice and reading at least three times a week for 10+ mins. Instead of doing thinking activities as well as speaking and listening talks we will only be focusing on preparing a one sided debate.

The strongest debaters will have a proper debate at the end of the term.

Each week students will have a different topic as well as an exposition feature that they must include in their talk. Because the debates take more preperation than usual speeches we are not doing a thinking activity each week.

Debates will be on Friday afternoons. I will check students diaries and complete a spelling test also on Fridays this term.
